Working on my Bucket List: Skiing in Canada | Mount Washington, Canada

This activity was not on the Bucket List I’ve shared months ago but it always was something I would like to experience while being in Canada. To be honest, I’ve never thought it would happen because I am not a good skier. I did it a few times but was never good enough and so, never really wanted to do it.

After this weekend with my host family though I will make an effort and try to convince every friend of mine to come skiing with me, even though that would mean a slow pace and a lot of waiting for them but I am sure they can’t resist my charm 😋 .

We went to Mount Washington and my skiing skills were better than expected. I had a lot of fun going down the mountain with my host parents and seeing my two host girls skiing for the first time was the most precious thing on the world.

When I went on top of Mount Washington with my host dad I saw the Rocky Mountains and that was probably one of the most unrealistic things in my life. Every one is always talking about the Rocky Mountains and how impressive they are and seeing them in real life is just breathtaking. I still can’t get over it, as you might notice.

Okay, I think I made clear how much fun I had on this little weekend trip and that I can make a check mark behind the point ‘Skiing in Canada’ now. I am going to share some of my favorite pictures with you all now and I hope you liked reading this short text 🙂
