LIFE: My December favorites

I loved loved loved watching monthly favorites on YouTube, when I was younger and I miss these kinds of videos a lot. So, I thought it would be fun for today to share my current favorites. It’s very random but I love witting posts like this one.

So, have fun and enjoy πŸ™‚

For my birthday, I received the bookΒ How to Raise a Plant and Make it Love you Back. For some reason (probably the weather) my plants have been struggling a little bit lately, so this book popped into my life at the perfect time. It shares plant life saving tips, inspires you with DIY projects and looks very aesthetically pleasing, in my opinion. A big favorite at the moment!

Okay, so my current absolute favorite TV-show is The Vampire Diaries. I never thought I would get so obsessed with this series but I love the characters so much and it’s so addicting. Just yesterday I watched the final of season 6 and I am wrecked. Seriously.

It reminds me of my good, old vampire obsessed Twilight days and I always love when action is combined with a love story. So now you know where to find me 🌚

Okay, here are my top 3 songs, I’ve been listening to non stop lately.

  1. Hunger – Ross Copperman: I am crying every time I listening to this song. It is so damn beautiful
  2. All Through the Night – Sleeping At Last: Sleeping At Last is one of the best musicians I know. All his songs and covers are so so beautiful and full of love
  3. Eyes on Fire – Blue Foundation: Just recently discovered this song again and it brought back all the Twilight memories!! How fun!

I’ve been wearing my Teddy Bear jacket non stop. Seriously. I never thought that it would keep me as warm as it does which is amazing. Warm + cute is the best combination in my opinion.

Also, I bought the jacket from Zara. Just if you were wondering πŸ™‚

I’ve been loving my Reviderm products a lot lately. After I came back home from Canada, my skin has been so bad. It’s still far from perfect but using these products have helped me so much clearing everything a little bit up and I love having a good skin routine πŸ™‚

Do you have any recommendations for natural makeup? Because I’ve been looking a little bit around lately but haven’t been really successful so far.

When I went plant shopping with my Mom, I found this amazing new addition to my collection and couldn’t be happier about it. It’s called String of Pearls which might be the most cute and fitting plant name ever. So far it’s doing very good and it’s easy to take care of. It doesn’t require a lot of care, loves warm room temperature, half shade and doesn’t need a lot of water since it’s a succulent. Perfect find, I would say and definitely a recommendable plant for everyone who hasn’t a lot of time for plant care.

If you have been following me for a longer time, you know how much I love good quality, warm, comfy blankets. When the brand Sackcloth and Ashes contacted me, I was so excited since I heard so many good things about their blankets. The material is made out of 50% Wool and 50% Alpaca which keeps you so so warm. The pattern is so cute and I find that it fits perfectly in my bedroom.

Another very happy thing is, that I got my very first (!) camera for Christmas + my birthday. I have been wanting one since literally forever. My mom told me that I have been talking about wishing for a camera since I was like 10 years old, which is crazy. I love wandering around, taking random pictures of random things and I really, truly couldn’t be more happy about all the new options this little camera gives me.
