I know, I know, I am a little late with this post but over the last few days I’ve been trying to finish my math assignment + started a new job which kept me busy. So, that’s why I am just writing this post now.
Reflection on last month’s challenge: Making Meditation a habit
I can’t believe I am saying this but yes, I failed the challenge. I knew it was going to be hard including meditation while studying 24/7 but I didn’t think it would be THAT hard. I did some meditations here and there but haven’t been consistent which is a bit annoying. So, I will definitely keep trying because I KNOW I can do it. I did it last year while working in Canada and loved it, so, there is definitely hope!

…this month’s challenge: Going vegetarian for a month
For this month I want to try going without meat and living a vegetarian lifestyle. Canival just ended and since I was little my family didn’t eat sweets during the time between carnival and Easter. I like the tradition a lot and can’t wait to fast meat this year. I’ve actually done it before and it was way easier than expected. We don’t eat a lot of meat and I am actually also very picky when it comes to it, so I am excited to not have to worry about it this month.
