Like the previous months, April is starting with a challenge as well. But before we get to this month’s challenge, let’s reflect on last month.
Reflection on last month’s challenge: Going Vegetarian for a month
I did so much better on last month’s challenge than on the one before. I didn’t eat any meat and it wasn’t even hard. I feel a lot better and I could definitely imagine going without it for a longer period of time. I will continue until Easter because that’s when the fasting period will be over and then we’ll see.
Besides meat, I also tried to leave out treats until Easter BUT this was definitely harder for me. I have such a big sweet tooth and need something sweet at least once a day 🙈 So, I didn’t do perfect on this but definitely better than expected and that is the whole point, isn’t it?
…this month’s challenge: Getting into a fitness routine
Now that the days are getting longer again and the sun is out more, I finally started running again. I love it so so much and it is a perfect addition to my gym routine.
This month, in April, I want to challenge myself to go to the gym or for a run or do some yoga on a very regular basis. That means the challenge is completed when I moved my body at least 15 times and I can’t wait to tackle this challenge.
The thing is I love moving my body. I always feel very good after but I also love staying at home, so sometimes it’s hard to motivate myself BUT we’ll try to be better at it this month. I am seriously so excited to get started!!
